TSMC’s capex share shows the capital intensity behind its advanced-process position. In the SEMI-hosted IBS table, TSMC accounted for 25.67% of 2025 semiconductor vendor capex, above Samsung and Intel. The same table shows TSMC’s share rising from 20.05% in 2024, a 5.62-point increase in one year.
