Taiwan ICT and Audio-Video Exports Hit US$251.2B in 2025

Official MOF category linked to AI and data-center demand

What the Data Shows

This statistic captures Taiwan’s AI-hardware export surge in the official customs categories. MOF said information, communication and audio-video products reached US$251.2B in 2025, up 89.5%. Computers and units thereof added US$98.9B, the largest named increase inside the AI-linked category. The figure is broader than AI servers, so it should be labelled as ICT/audio-video exports rather than pure server exports.
